About this Cause

The LBCA community actively collaborates to raise awareness and knowledge of the troubling characteristics of invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) and to promote and fund ILC research. For October 15th, Global Lobular Breast Cancer Awareness Day, we're once again shining a light on the fact that ILC is understudied. We aim to raise $150,000 to fund more research on the even less studied ILC subtypes, the metastatic tumor environment, and dormancy. Please join us to raise $150,000 for research on the 15% by the 15th.
